Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.Generate leads and maintain follow-ups for site visits.Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and amenities.Maintain call records and update the CRM system.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. RequirementsFresher to 6 months of tele-sales/customer service experience.Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.Ability to handle client queries professionally.Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding (preferred).
