  • Developing new recipes while maintaining the quality and authenticity of traditional Indian cuisine
  • Working with other kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently
  • Ensuring that all dishes are cooked well and presented attractively
  • Overseeing food preparation and checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
  • Monitoring equipment quality and ordering new equipment as needed
  • Helping the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
  • Training new kitchen staff
  • Studying recipes, setting up menus, and preparing high-quality dishes
  • Delegating tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
  • Being familiar with sanitation regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
