About the Role

We are hiring a Telecaller – Presales Executive who will play a crucial role in our lead

conversion process. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients

directly from the raw data provided, initiating conversations, explaining our services in a

clear and compelling manner, and nurturing interest to convert them into qualified leads. This

role demands strong communication, consistency in daily outreach, and the ability to build

trust quickly with prospects. The Telecaller will act as the first point of contact for many

clients, making it a key position in driving our sales pipeline and ensuring high-quality

opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database

● Communicate company offerings clearly and persuasively

● Qualify leads and identify business opportunities

● Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM regularly

● Handle objections professionally and drive conversions

● Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers

Requirements

● Minimum 1–3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to convince, handle objections, and convert raw leads

● Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
