Role & responsibilities:

Job Title: AI/ML Expert Predictive Analytics (Azure)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Expert with deep expertise in predictive analytics and Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive actionable insights and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in data science, cloud computing, and business acumen to solve complex problems and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement predictive models using Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and other Azure AI services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows in Azure.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
  • Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL for data integration and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for ML development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse.
  • Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate).
  • Experience with time series forecasting, anomaly detection, or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific data and use cases (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
