We are Hiring - Project Executive -Agronomist/Agribusiness Management

Action for Social Advancement ) is a national level NGO head quartered at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh working for the livelihoods improvement of Rural poor in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra and Gujarat since 1996.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Provide Technical Support to the field implementation team concerning the theme.
  • Conducting Training /TOTs to the team of Agronomists and farmers at the field level.
  • Oversee programme, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Programme budget management.
  • Nurturing and handholding FPOs for making them business ready including legal compliance, licenses, oversee of FPO Accounting and connecting them with Market.
  • Responsible for IT enabled In-house Operations management.
  • Documentation and compilation of season end reports, donor reports, other MIS requirements.
  • Work closely with local stakeholders i.e. Govt. Depts. and others to build partnerships and promote collaborative initiatives.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation (BSc. Agri. / MSc. Agri. / MBA-Agri. business) from a reputed university/institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Preferably from the NGO/Agriculture/Agribusiness industry.
