We are hiring a Financial Analyst II to join our Customer Agreements team. This role focuses primarily on Order Management, ensuring centralized global standards for agreement creation and maintaining accurate data for Global Services, Alliances & Channels, and the Oracle Partner Network team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute order management processes with high accuracy.

Maintain centralized global standards for customer agreement creation.

Ensure accurate data for global services, alliances & channels, and partner teams.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve agreement-related queries.

Assist with customer agreements, deal drafting, and compliance checks.

Work flexibly across shifts to support global operations.

Requirements:

MBA or M.Com qualification is mandatory.

2–3 years of experience in a support industry role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility to work in any shift.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
