Job Description:

  • Should understand electrical & Mechanical drawings
    •Create Yearly, Monthly, Weekly Maintenance Calendar & Rotate PDCA
    •Able to prepare daily work plan and coordinate with members
    •Manage daily reports and monitor & analyze on daily basis
    •Strong knowledge in Siemens PLC programing and Drives
    •Trouble shooting of Welding Equipments Robot, Conveyors , Press, SPM Machines
    •Daily, Weekly, Monthly report creation
    •Able to perform measurement with energy equipment
    •Good knowledge in breakdown reduction activity and MTTR reduction activity
    •Should have interpersonal skills for cross functional coordination
  • Robot Maintenance & Programming like, DURR, Yaskawa, PLC, Mitsubishi, Siemens and more.
