ENGINEER (PROMAN)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer (Proman) to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions for project management and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for engineering projects.
• Implement and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 8-10 years of experience in project management and engineering roles.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
