Skills & Qualification

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional video editing. Bonus if youve worked on B2B or SaaS content.
  • Tools: Advanced skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, plus Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
  • Portfolio: Must show strong examples of live-action edits, animation, and mixed-media projects.
  • AI Tools: Comfortable using AI in video production (e.g., automated editing, AI-driven voiceovers, or motion tools).
  • Storytelling: Ability to shape content into engaging, clear narratives that resonate with a business audience, especially for YouTube and digital platforms.
  • Collaboration: Good communication, open to feedback, and able to work smoothly with a cross-functional team.
  • Quality & Deadlines: Sharp eye for detail and consistency, with a track record of delivering polished work on time.

Responsibilities

  1. Video Editing & Production:

  2. Edit and produce high-quality videos, including live-action, animation, and mixed-media content for platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

  3. Create engaging animated shorts, slides, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects.
  4. Edit talking-head videos, explainer videos, and other live-action content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  5. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.

  6. Collaboration & Communication:

  7. Work closely with producers, scriptwriters, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling video content.

  8. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.

  9. Understand the business needs as well as the audience for the video content and create videos that match their taste.

  10. AI Tools & Innovation:

  11. Use the latest AI tools to speed up video production, including automated editing, voiceovers, and motion graphics.

  12. Stay updated on emerging trends in video AI and proactively suggest new tools and techniques to enhance production efficiency and quality.
