- Consumer Insights Reporting:Compile, analyse, and present consumer insights through detailed reports and presentations. Communicate findings to marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Consumer Segmentation:Develop and update consumer profiles and segmentation based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data, helping to identify key target audiences for marketing campaigns.
- Customer Journey Mapping:Assist in mapping the consumer journey to understand customer pain points, decision-making processes, and potential improvements in the customer experience.
- Support Marketing Campaigns:Provide insights and recommendations for targeted marketing campaigns and strategies based on consumer research and market data.
