Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile application testing and accessibility compliance validation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience ensuring quality across diverse devices and user scenarios

Responsibilities

•Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

•Execute manual test cases on mobile (Android and iOS) and web platforms.

•Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.

•Conduct accessibility testing in compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards.

•Log defects clearly, track them to closure, and perform verification after fixes.

•Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

•Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the QA process.

•Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Required Skills

•46 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 2 years in mobile testing.

•Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as AXE, NVDA, VoiceOver, or JAWS.

•Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC/STLC.

•Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.

•Familiarity with exploratory testing and usability evaluation.

•Good understanding of WCAG 2.x guidelines and accessibility best practices.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

•Experience using BrowserStack for cross-browser and device testing.

•Exposure to automation tools (Appium, Selenium) for regression support.

•Working knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.

Accessibility/Mobile Testers, look for 5 resources in 4-6 years experience.
