Engineering Head
is seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a highly available and efficient infrastructure that supports our artificial intelligence-based healthcare solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Distribute AI and vision centric software to our customers with a range of different platforms (Linux, Windows). Work closely with the customers to debug and solve recurrent issues in deployments and updates.
- Work on creating and optimising these highly reliable services which would enable us to deliver our products swiftly.
- Build the required infrastructure and services to automate the environment setups and configurations for clients for a variety of computer platforms.
- Monitor and analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize performance and ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures for the infrastructure and applications.
- Continuously push the production standard forward and develop a customer-centric culture and strong production processes within the company.
- You will work in a unique professional culture championing thorough technical understanding, ownership and close work between Dev, Product and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic programming knowledge in any language.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
