Job Title: Program Manager - Investor Relations & Corporate Communications
Role Overview:
You will serve as the strategic bridge between Amwoodo's purpose, investors, and the public. This role drives the company's external communications, sustainability agenda, and investor engagement ensuring that Amwoodo's growth narrative is consistent, credible, and impact-driven across all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller, strategist, and systems thinker who can translate business goals into meaningful communication, sustainability action, and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage investor communications including quarterly newsletters, Impact Reports, and MIS updates.
● Develop and execute a cohesive PR and media strategy aligned with Amwoodo's mission and growth plans.
● Maintain consistency in brand voice and narrative across all digital channels.
● Strategise & Supervise creation of high-quality storytelling content (articles, newsletters, reels, podcasts).
● Position Amwoodo's leadership as thought leader.
● Build strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and sustainability networks.
● Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, and feature stories.
● Lead the brand's content strategy across all social media platforms.
● Support fundraising communication, investor pitch decks, and due diligence documentation.
● Maintain the investor data room and ensure timely, accurate updates.
● Integrate sustainability storytelling into investor communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 2-3 years of experience in PR, Corporate-Communications, Investor Relations & Strategy.
● Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks.
● Excellent storytelling, writing skills.
● Experience in managing media relations and digital content.
