Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Analysis & analytics using Azure technologies. Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and solutions within the Azure technologies like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Cloud DB-Azure SQL and ensuring data quality, consistency, and security while collaborating with other teams to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Design and Development: Engineers design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure services to move data between different systems, transform it, and prepare it for analytics and business intelligence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: They collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Engineers troubleshoot data-related issues, monitor data pipeline performance, and optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: They document data procedures, systems, and architectures to maintain clarity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary Skill : Azure Data Factory
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Azure services like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Cloud DB-Azure SQL
  • Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Databricks, Azure Data Factory & Cloud DB-Azure SQL.
  • Python scripting with Data Analysis & SRE

  • Nice to have :

    • Tableau Data Reporting & Analysis
    • Good Knowledge in Automation and Testing using Restful APIs & Microservices API
