Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team for the Australian shift (7.00 am to 4.30pm). The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for finding, bidding, and winning projects on the Upwork Bidding platform during the Australian business hours. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Upwork platform, and the ability to identify and pursue suitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential projects that match the company's skill set and experience on Upwork.
  • Prepare and submit compelling project proposals on Upwork.
  • Negotiate project terms and conditions with clients on Upwork.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in bidding and project management on Upwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
  • Need to be from IT & Software domain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals on Upwork.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals on Upwork.
