  • Handle and resolve staff and patient grievances. 

Public health and administration
  • Implement health policies and government health programs and vaccination drives.
  • Conduct public health research and monitor health trends.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal health and safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Organize and manage medical camps, especially during emergencies
