Support US & UK tax group by doing tax compliance function. Prepare, review and file sales and use tax returns and make payment to the taxing jurisdictions, Prepare and Review Accounts reconciliation, Review of Invoices from sales and use tax perspective, tax law research etc. Prepare State Income tax and Premium Tax estimates and returns. Prepare Property Tax returns and Making Bill Payments. Doing Tax law research monitoring changes and implementing changes in the processes. Knowledge of tech tools like Power BI, Alteryx, Python will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare State Income tax estimate and tax returns, Premium Tax estimates and tax returns, Federal Income tax Returns, Personal Property tax returns, and UK/Singapore VAT/GST tax returns.
  • Review invoices for potential tax issues. Participate in tax law research.
  • Review supporting documentation for audits. Review Collected K-1's for Co 210. Complete other miscellaneous and ad-hoc requests.
  • Prepare and review Sales and Use tax returns. Make tax payments to taxing jurisdictions. Prepare journal entries for tax payments.
  • Prepare/review account reconciliations.

Required Qualifications
Microsoft Excel Knowledge.
US Sales, use Tax, and State Income tax.

Preferred Qualifications
VBA Macros and Microsoft Access, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python.
EMEA Tax.
