React Frontend Developer – Pune Location

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled React Frontend Developer with advanced-level expertise and hands-on experience in the latest technologies and libraries. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating seamless user experiences, writing clean and efficient code, and staying updated with modern frontend practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using
  • Work with modern libraries, frameworks, and tools to deliver advanced UI/UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to create robust solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend technologies and implement them effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, React Hooks, React Query, (preferred).
  • Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or Chakra UI.
  • Proficiency in working with REST APIs / GraphQL integration.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, Vite, and other build tools.
  • Strong understanding of version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with progressive web apps (PWA).
  • Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
