About The Job Role

We are looking for candidates to join our B2B platform, Pattumart, who can play a key role in expanding our client network by connecting with potential business customers and introducing them to our kids wear and apparel collections. The role involves engaging with leads over phone calls, following structured sales processes, and working towards achieving performance-based targets. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B e-commerce sales, client communication, and business developmental excellent opportunity to gain practical sales skills, earn incentives, and build a strong foundation for a future career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective leads (provided by us) and pitch our kids wear products.
  • Convert potential leads into active clients on the platform.
  • Follow structured SOPs and training modules to ensure effective communication and conversions.
  • Achieve performance-based targets and earn attractive incentives.
  • Maintain daily call records and report performance updates.
