Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive (Male) to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues to enhance client experience.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Fieldwork & Market Expansion

  • Conduct site visits, on-field meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Expand the company's reach by exploring new locations and untapped markets.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.

Requirements

Education:

  • Any Degree- B. Com, B.B.A, M.B.A or (B Tech Mech & Electrical Preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in field sales any product.
  • Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also welcome.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in the field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Languages Required:

  • Hindi, Telugu, and English – All three languages are compulsory.

Additional Requirements:

  • A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
