Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive (Male) to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues to enhance client experience.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Fieldwork & Market Expansion
- Conduct site visits, on-field meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Expand the company's reach by exploring new locations and untapped markets.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.
Requirements
Education:
- Any Degree- B. Com, B.B.A, M.B.A or (B Tech Mech & Electrical Preferred).
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales any product.
- Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also welcome.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in the field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Languages Required:
- Hindi, Telugu, and English – All three languages are compulsory.
Additional Requirements:
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
