Job Posting: Client Assistant for Pravalika Kola Fashion Label

We are looking for a Client Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent customer experience at our fashion label, Pravalika Kola, based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility to manage client orders and production timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients at the storefront by taking orders and managing their requirements with a keen focus on delivering excellent service.
• Effectively communicate client needs to the production team to ensure timely delivery and take full responsibility for overseeing the production process of client orders.
• Document and maintain client preferences, including color customizations, to ensure the delivery matches the client's expectations.
• Handle client queries with care and responsibility, ensuring all communication is clear and accurate, while consistently following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage on-hand inventory stock required for production to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• Greet clients warmly, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure their experience with Pravalika Kola is exceptional from start to finish. Your focus will be on ensuring successful sales and complete client satisfaction.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire order process.
