Video Editor (Marketing & Creative Team)

BharatNXT is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic Marketing & Creative team. You will be instrumental in producing engaging and high-quality video content that effectively communicates the value of BharatNXT's solutions and educates our audience. Your work will primarily involve creating dynamic explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and short-form informational content for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into polished, compelling video content for platforms like social media, websites, and educational materials.
  • Design dynamic motion graphics, animated text overlays, and iconography to enhance storytelling.
  • Create and adapt template-style videos, such as tutorials, product demos, and presentation-based content.
  • Develop short-form informational and educational videos, often featuring presenters, using a fast paced editing style.
  • Perform professional color correction and grading to achieve a consistent, appealing look.
  • Execute precise edits including cuts, transitions, and pacing to optimize engagement.
  • Conduct sound corrections, audio mixing, and integrate appropriate music and sound effects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine concepts and deliver creative briefs.
  • Manage video project files and assets efficiently.
  • Participate in video shoots, providing input on framing, lighting, and sound.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, trends, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and educational content.
  • Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Solid understanding of basic motion graphics, text animation, and seamless integration.
  • Experience with shooting video footage, camera operation, and sound recording.
  • Demonstrated skills in color correction and sound editing/mixing.
  • Strong creative vision, storytelling abilities, and keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating video content for the FinTech industry or B2B audiences.
  • Knowledge of various video formats and platforms for optimal digital distribution.
