Position: Utility Worker (Restaurant Support Staff)
About Us:
Ocean View Restaurant, Café & Party Hall is one of Mohali's top destinations for fine dining and celebrations. To keep our operations smooth and efficient, we are looking for hardworking and reliable Utility Workers to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cooking equipment.
- Dispose of garbage safely and maintain proper waste segregation.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by supplying clean utensils and tools on time.
- Ensure cleaning of floors, walls, counters, and kitchen appliances.
- Refill water, cleaning supplies, and assist in stock handling.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as per restaurant policy.
- Support in setting up events, parties, and restaurant operations when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a utility worker/dishwasher preferred (but not mandatory).
- Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to handle cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
