Infibeam is Looking for:****
We're hiring ML Scientists at Phronetic AI (a division of Infibeam Avenues Limited) to shape the future of multimodal reasoning and agentic AI — with a strong focus on building compact, efficient models that can run on edge or on-prem environments.

We're looking for 2–3 exceptional candidates across experience levels:

2–5 years: You have experience taking ideas from concept to working prototypes or products in multimodal or LLM-driven systems. You're comfortable experimenting with training strategies, model architectures, and evaluation pipelines to push model reasoning capabilities forward.

5+ years: You bring deep technical expertise and are excited to mentor junior team members, guide architectural decisions, and help shape the direction of our multimodal model research and deployment efforts.

What we're building:

  • Models that understand and reason across text, images, video, and structured documents.
  • Systems that go beyond perception — toward agentic, grounded, real-world intelligence
  • Smaller, instruction-tuned models for efficient edge/on-prem inference
  • A team culture focused on technical depth, fast iteration, and open research
