Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for Production and Capacity Planning activities. Driving the production scheduling programme in the factory.
  • Involved in inventory management with supply chain team to have control on the inventory and at the same time to provide options to close the new order, without any lead time for induction.
  • Create a single demand forecast with input from multiple roles (e.g., sales, finance and Industry) within the organization with a consensus forecasting process & releasing yearly Business plan and rolling forecast.
  • Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results through that provide the actual Kit requirement for kit ordering month on month basis.
  • Strategic planning to control inventory levels (raw / packing material, components).
  • Active participation in all cost saving initiatives and opportunity areas for cost reduction and optimum utilization of resources.
  • Responsible to extract sales forecast for implementation into production plan; ensuring timely and daily actual production output versus planned.

  • BE/ B. Tech - Mechanical / Automobile - Full time
  • First preference will be given to female candidates
  • "Proficiency in Kannada, both written and spoken, is required for this role."
