Position: Sr. Executive Quality & Operations

Function: Yeast Manufacturing

Location: Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad / Sikandarabad)

About the Company:

Global MNC into the yeast and fermentation industry with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and strong quality systems. The company supplies to top food and fermentation businesses across India.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years in Quality / Operations within food, fermentation, or allied industries
  • Training: 2 months at the companys Maharashtra plant before deputation to the DELHI NCR unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the coordination link between the manufacturing unit and the principal yeast supplier
  • Ensure yeast supplied meets the technical and quality requirements of the plant
  • Track and understand demand from distilleries and ensure product quality matches customer requirements
  • Provide support in logistics coordination to ensure timely and smooth supply chain operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, HALAL, IMS, FSMS, HACCP, GLP, GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve product quality as per specifications
  • Support day-to-day plant operations with a strong focus on quality management
