Packaging Head

Job Role:

Manage end-to-end packaging operations by planning and scheduling dispatches, procuring packaging materials, and maintaining optimum inventory levels to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily packaging lines and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Plan and execute daily and weekly dispatch schedules
• Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and QC teams for timely dispatch
• Purchase and arrange packaging materials such as tins, cartons, labels, and pouches
• Maintain stock registers and ensure minimum inventory levels
• Monitor and reduce wastage while improving packaging efficiency
• Conduct packaging checks in coordination with QC
• Supervise, guide, and train packaging staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in packaging or production operations (FMCG/Oil industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and vendor management
• Good organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills
• Understanding of SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards
