About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis Wing, supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and business data to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance across manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (production, sales, supply chain, finance).
  • Analyze plant operations, quality, and business performance data to identify trends and variances.
  • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with business excellence, supply chain, finance, and plant teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data at all times.
Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in data analysis / MIS / business analytics, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau (or similar tools).
  • Ability to present complex data in clear, actionable insights.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
