Key Responsibilities
- Manage
TDS & GST-TDS compliance
across multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness - Prepare and file returns, challans, correction statements, and reconciliations
- Work with
Income Tax & GST portals
and compliance software to ensure smooth processes - Represent clients professionally in communications with authorities and stakeholders
- Stay updated on tax laws, sections, rules, and compliance notifications
- Lead and guide junior team members while ensuring quality in deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Education
: B.Com. (mandatory). Pursuing / passed / incomplete
CA Inter
preferred - Experience
: Minimum 1 year in TDS & GST compliance - Strong command of
Excel
(formulas, pivot, MIS reports) and compliance tools - Proficiency in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English - Excellent communication skills and leadership mindset to take ownership of work
