DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement quality control strategies, procedures, and checklists to ensure gold jewellery finished products consistently meet quality and design specifications.
• Create and update quality control procedures, policies, and documentation
• Oversee the inspection of gold jewellery, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Manage the inspection in-process production stage qc and final products qc to ensure they meet specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of quality control professionals to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborate across departments: Work with production team to ensure quality is maintained throughout the jewellery manufacturing process.
• Analyze and report data: Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics with management and production teams, identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement: Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, and use strategies like CAPA & LEAN manufacturing to enhance overall process efficiency and reduce rework and rejection rate.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor and ensure the organization complies with all applicable legal, health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Manage customer feedback: Address customer concerns by monitoring feedback, conducting satisfaction surveys, and implementing measures to improve the overall customer experience.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor`s Degree
