Your work profile :-

Federal

• Preparation of M-adjustment workpapers
• preparation of extension and estimate workpapers
• preparation of extension and estimate vouchers
• preparation of NOL workpaper
• preparation of federal returns like form 1120
• preparation of m3, m2 work papers
• preparation of supplementary forms related to form 1120 like depreciation and amortization forms, Sch3, form 8916a, Gain or loss on sale of assets form

SALT

• Preparation and filing of state and local income, franchise tax returns.
• Calculation and filing of extensions and quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Support corporate franchise tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform apportionment calculations and analyze state-specific adjustments.
• Conduct nexus studies and monitor changes in state filing requirements.
• Manage and respond to state and local tax notices, audits, and inquiries.
• Assist with research on state and local tax laws, regulations, and updates.
• Maintain organized tax workpapers, schedules, and compliance calendars.
• Support state tax provision inputs and reconciliation for financial reporting.

International

• Forms: 5471, 8858, 8865, SS-4, 8832, 8900 series forms
• Preparation of International entity workpaper
• Preparation of depreciation and amortization workpaper
• E&P calculations, Gilti Calculations.
• Fatca/CRS forms: W-8Ben-E, W-9,CRS
• Organization Structure preparation
• Tools: One source, Altrex

Desired qualifications

• Graduates/Semi-Qualified C.A/C.S/MBA(Finance) with 5-6 years of Experience
• Good Technical Knowledge
• Clarity of Concepts
• Team Player
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Persistent and persuasive

Location and way of working

• Base location: Benguluru
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
