Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all warranty-related activities as per company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Verify and process warranty claims submitted by the service team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty jobs, claims, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to confirm the eligibility of parts and services under warranty.
  • Follow up with the manufacturer for claim approvals, rejections, or clarifications.
  • Manage warranty parts return process and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing warranty-related concerns promptly.
  • Provide training and guidance to service staff on warranty procedures and claim documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Btech or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 0–3 years of experience in warranty handling (preferably in the automobile sector, and freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of service operations and manufacturer warranty policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
