Pathfinder Boarding School, located in Haldwani District Nainital, is seeking a female Vice Principal for a regular/contractual position. Responsibilities entail supervising teaching and administrative functions, fostering effective communication and coordination within the team. Qualifications and salary will be respected.

The vice principal of a school has various responsibilities, including but not limited to Academic tasks such as:

• Overseeing notebook re-correction processes
• Ensuring coordination among teachers.
• This involves managing the review and correction of students' notebooks to maintain academic standards and accuracy in their work.

Additionally, the vice principal plays a crucial role in coordinating with teachers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the academic framework of the school. Also includes facilitating discussions, providing guidance, and fostering a cohesive environment that supports effective teaching and learning practices.
