We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Sr. Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

"Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality through efficient test automation, covering web applications, APIs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and create detailed test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts.

Design and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).

Develop and execute automated regression and functional test suites.

Perform API automation testing (RestAssured, Postman, or similar).

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage.

Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Identify, report, and track defects to closure, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Continuously optimize test automation for scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in automation testing with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver.

Solid understanding of Java/Python (or other OOP languages) for automation scripting.

Proficiency in TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle build tools.

Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave, etc.).

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.

Exposure to version control systems (Git/Bitbucket).

Good knowledge of API testing and database validations (SQL).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Selenium Grid, Docker, or cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest).

Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).

Familiarity with mobile test automation (Appium).

Experience in Microservices testing."
