About Us

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with extensive international experience in water and wastewater projects. The selected candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary design and delivery team, contributing to high-profile international assignments while also supporting regional infrastructure development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of water supply, wastewater treatment, sewerage, and drainage systems.
  • Collaborate with international project teams and clients to deliver engineering solutions that meet global standards.
  • Prepare engineering designs, technical reports, drawings, and specifications using industry-leading tools.
  • Ensure compliance with international design codes (e.g., BS, EN, AWWA, ISO) and local Indian standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Provide technical support during construction and post-design implementation phases.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 6+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio of international water/wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, INFOWORKS, STAAD, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in global consultancy environments is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability, health & safety, and environmental considerations.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with UK, Middle East, or EU water infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract formats.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it (preferred).
