The role involves leading end-to-end leadership hiring for key positions across business verticals, supporting the TA Head in onboarding senior talent, and managing recruitment for the People Team, SSC Team, and outsourced roles along with providing support to SAARC branches. It also includes overseeing central TA operations such as LOI releases, resolving TA-related queries, monitoring new-hire benefits and payouts, and managing all internal job postings. The position acts as the primary point of contact for recruitment vendors, coordinating with existing partners, onboarding new vendors, and handling payouts, invoicing, and compliance. It further requires maintaining real-time hiring dashboards, preparing weekly TA updates for management, managing HR reporting and financial provisioning, and supporting annual audits. Additionally, the role contributes to employer branding initiatives, campus programs, and provides overall support to the TA team.
