Role Summary

This role is pivotal in establishing, designing, and developing the test automation framework for validating Gen-AI solutions data transformation accuracy. Responsibilities include building custom test harnesses from the ground up, implementing advanced API automation (REST/SOAP) for XML intake and JSON output, and creating intelligent validation logic for AI output (e.g., advanced JSON comparison).

Direct experience with Python, Pytest, Robot Framework, JUnit, TestNG, and Git is essential.

  • Test Automation Framework Design & Development (Python/Java)
  • Advanced API Testing (REST/SOAP) with XML intake & JSON output
  • Custom AI Output Validation (advanced JSON comparison, data accuracy checks)
  • Test Data Management & validation workflows
  • CI/CD Integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Git for version control and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Develop reusable automation scripts in Pytest and Robot Framework.
  • Validate structured/unstructured data transformation for Gen-AI pipelines.
  • Perform API automation (REST/SOAP), including XML JSON validation.
  • Implement custom validation logic for AI outputs (semantic checks, data quality, JSON diff).
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive shift-left testing.

  • Python (strong hands-on coding)
  • Pytest, Robot Framework for automation
  • API automation (REST/SOAP, XML/JSON)
  • JUnit/TestNG (Java-based test automation)
  • Git/GitHub/GitLab (branching, PRs, CI integration)
  • Experience in AI/ML output validation & advanced JSON comparison
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and framework design skills
