Job requirements: FITISTAN is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting visually striking designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and help foster a vibrant and engaged community. You will collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to deliver creative solutions that support brand development, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. Your passion for design, keen eye for detail, and ability to stay ahead of industry trends will be key to success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design Creation and Execution:

  • Create compelling visual designs across various mediums, including logos, social media graphics, website banners, print advertisements, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel with FITISTAN's brand guidelines and identity.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand strategies and campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas to marketing initiatives and content planning.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and communicate proactively regarding timelines and potential challenges.

Research and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
  • Experiment with new design approaches and incorporate innovative methods to enhance visual storytelling.

Content Development and Platform Adaptation:

  • Adapt designs to fit various digital platforms, ensuring content is optimized for social media channels, websites, email marketing, and offline print.
  • Design graphics tailored for specific audience segments, ensuring maximum engagement and relevance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within marketing, branding, or digital content environments.
  • Experience creating designs for a variety of platforms and mediums is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in major design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of best practices for digital and print production.

Creative and Professional Skills:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work (academic, freelance, or professional projects).
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
  • Open to learning new concepts, tools, and techniques; adaptable to feedback and evolving project requirements.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to take creative initiative.
