Key Responsibilities:
• Supports UK HR transformation and change management consulting engagements by advising on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and communication planning.
• Assists in developing and refining change management frameworks tailored to HR technology implementations and organisational transitions.
• Contributes to the design and documentation of HR process workflows and change impact assessments using tools such as ARIS and Visio.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate business integration and drive adoption of new HR systems and processes.
• Participates in project planning, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution during HR transformation rollouts.
• Demonstrates proficiency in organization design analysis and change readiness assessments.
• Utilizes survey tools including Qualtrics and OrgVue to gather insights and measure change effectiveness.
• Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
• Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings.
• Takes complete ownership of standalone deliverables, managing client relationships that contribute significantly to project success.
• Supports capability building and demand generation identifying areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can support other member firms.
• Participates in HR transformation projects involving change strategy, organizational design, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support.
• Works with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR operations and change readiness.
• Executes day-to-day activities of change management advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Reviews business processes, systems, and change enablement plans, advising clients throughout the transformation lifecycle.
