Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Beanly. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and contribute to a positive café environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and team management
- Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Promote and sell menu items, including seasonal specials and new offerings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience
