Description & missions

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant HSE, éligible à un contrat CIVP, pour renforcer notre présence sur le terrain et accompagner nos équipes dans l'application rigoureuse des règles de santé, sécurité et environnement.

Ce poste est destiné à un profil dynamique, proactif et proche du terrain, capable d'interagir avec les opérateurs, les techniciens et les managers pour faire vivre la culture HSE au quotidien.

Missions principales :

  • Présence quotidienne sur le terrain pour identifier les écarts, sensibiliser les équipes et assurer le respect des consignes HSE.
  • Participation active à l'analyse des incidents, presqu'accidents et constats dangereux, avec les équipes concernées.
  • Mise en œuvre et suivi du plan d'action MSV (Management safety Visit)
  • Création de fiches réflexes pour les situations d'urgence et formation du personnel en lien avec le médecin du travail.
  • Réalisation d'audits internes HSE et accompagnement des managers dans leur rôle de relais sécurité.
  • Amélioration continue des outils de suivi HSE (tableaux de bord, indicateurs, reporting).

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur /Master en QHSE ou domaine équivalent.
  • Éligibilité au contrat CIVP
  • Forte appétence pour le travail de terrain et la communication avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Connaissance des normes ISO 45001, ISO 14001 est un plus.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'observation et esprit d'équipe.
