  • Promote and sell residential properties of the builder/developer.
  • Attend client inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and site visits.
  • Provide detailed project presentations, explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM/software with sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
  • Assist customers during booking, agreement, registration, and handover process.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
