Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Designer Intern who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and engaging social media content.

You'll work directly with the marketing head to create digital content that enhances brand recall, engagement, and sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design static posts, carousels, stories, and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert briefs into high-impact visual storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Research trends in real estate, design, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in video editing, typography, and layout design for campaigns and events.
  • Help plan and execute social media calendars and creative campaigns (festivals, launches, offers, etc.).
  • Support brand identity development through visual language, colors, and typography.

Skills Required

  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, balance, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (video editing skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro are a plus).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement psychology, and storytelling.
  • Ability to design with intent — not just aesthetics, but conversion.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand design preferred.
  • Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.

Eligibility

  • Students or recent graduates in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Digital Media.
  • Portfolio (even academic or personal projects) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on performance and skill level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
