Barmen

We are looking for skilled Barmen to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in bartending and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with new menu items and promotions, making recommendations to customers.
• Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barman or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
