We focus on modernizing underwriting, product model configuration, and end-to-end policy lifecycle automation using Guidewire PolicyCenter.

About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join delivery teams executing full-lifecycle PolicyCenter projects — from design and configuration to integration, testing, and post-go-live support. This role is ideal for engineers who translate business underwriting requirements into robust Guidewire solutions and enjoy hands-on configuration, Gosu development, and integration work.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter components: product model, policy forms, bindings, and workflows to meet underwriting requirements.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Gosu business rules, rule-sets, and Gosu-based services; author and update PCF UI pages for broker/underwriter workflows.
  • Design and build integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST, XML payloads, and messaging middleware; implement data mapping and transform logic.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, produce design artefacts, and estimate development tasks for PolicyCenter features and enhancements.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and support for PolicyCenter deployments and upgrades; resolve production issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with QA, business analysts and release teams to ensure high-quality releases; contribute to knowledge-sharing and configuration best practices.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, configuration and integrations (on-site delivery in India).
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging and documentation skills; ability to work in agile delivery teams and interact with business stakeholders.
