Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok-style, Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Convert raw farm/project footage into engaging, story-driven content with text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content ideas aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Add subtitles, captions, and music to make videos platform-ready.
  • Repurpose long-form content (workshop recordings, farm tours, interviews) into multiple short clips for social media.
  • Stay up to date with trending audio, formats, and editing styles relevant to the agriculture and sustainability space.
  • Manage and organize video files for easy retrieval and future use.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
  • Ability to add engaging graphics, animations, and brand elements.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Creativity to convert technical/agriculture content into fun, engaging, and educational videos.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
