Key Responsibilities :

- Lead DevSecOps initiatives by designing, implementing, and managing automated, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, and others.

- Oversee and drive automation efforts leveraging scripting technologies such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and Terraform.

- Architect and deploy cloud solutions on platforms including Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with software development and operations teams to integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage and mentor a technical team, providing leadership during deployments and operational activities.

- Drive decision-making collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely follow-through.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal governance related to cloud security and automation.

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders in consulting or architecture capacities.

- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and take corrective actions as needed.

- Adapt to evolving business needs and technology landscapes within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills & Experience :

- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership role.

- Extensive experience in DevSecOps, automation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), scripting technologies such as Java Scripting, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell.

- Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, OCI) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile frameworks.

- Experience with large-scale, global IT organizations, preferably with System Integrators.

- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through. - Prior work experience in a consulting/architecture position within a software and/or services company.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
