Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of residential interior projectsfrom site validation and planning to execution and final handover. You will lead a team of Project Supervisors, ensuring that each project runs efficiently, stays on schedule, and meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
This role demands a strong technical understanding of modular systems, hardware, fittings, and accessories, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple residential interior projects from site validation to final handover.
Conduct detailed onsite and modular site validations to ensure readiness and accuracy.
Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to align project goals and timelines.
Oversee hardware, fittings, and accessory selections for technical precision and feasibility.
Track project timelines, materials, and snags to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Prepare regular progress reports and ensure timely, high-quality handovers to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential interior project management.
Strong technical knowledge of modular systems, hardware, and accessories.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
