Job Role : Corporate Financial Officer (CFO)Experience : 15+ years (age = 40 to 50 years) Qualifications : CA/ CMA Qualified Salary : LPA Roles and Responsibilities: - Oversee andmanage all financial operations, including accounting, costing, and financialreporting.Supervise importsand exports processes, ensuring compliance with international traderegulations.Manage companyaudits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal audit requirements.Prepare andanalyse MIS reports for decision -making and present financial results to theleadership team.Lead thefinalisation of accounts and ensure timely completion of financial statements.Ensure compliancewith GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.Provide strategicfinancial insights and contribute to business planning and budgeting processes.Implement andmonitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.Collaborate withother departments to support overall company goals.
