We are hiring a Parlour Staff / Counter Executive for our Giani Ice Cream outlet at Saharanpur Road,Majra. The candidate should be energetic, polite, and customer-friendly, with a passion for serving delicious desserts and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and take their orders efficiently.
  • Serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and desserts as per Giani's standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter and service area.
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS system responsibly.
  • Restock display counters and assist in daily store operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promote menu items.
  • Follow company hygiene and food safety guidelines.
